All prices are listed in Euro and include 21% vat.
Payment within the webshop can be done by all mayor creditcards.
On request also possible to do a payment by bank transfer. Please contact us for further details.

SHIPPING

We ship all received orders once a week. You can always contact us to make sure you have your purchase on time. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Orders outside The Netherlands:

Something Familiar can ship orders worldwide; however we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O boxes. The total cost of your items ordered (in Euro) plus shipping fees as displayed on the web will be billed to you. This does not include any taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees charged by your local government. As each country has varied laws and customs requirements for clearance of imported goods, we cannot anticipate what fees are levied once the merchandise reaches your country. If you are curious about your countries import laws, please contact your local customs office for more information.

RETURN POLICY

Something Familiar will accept items for refund within 7 days of purchase*.
The return of items is only possible when article is unused and in perfect condition in its original packing, accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. In case of an lost parcel when returning an item, Something Familiar can not held responsible.

* In the case of an incorrect or damaged article, let us know within two days of receipt. After you have the product returned to us, we can send you a new one.

CARE

Care about your jewelry to improve its longevity.
All products are handmade in the Netherlands with genuine materials and are crafted to the highest standards.
Some of our products are gold plated, this implies that there is a layer of gold on top of the core material. Despite the high quality of this technique, the layer of gold can get thinner after a lot of wear and even the core material can show at the surface.
Nevertheless all products are fragile and should be worn with care.

keep your product at his best and to prevent damage:

* To keep your silver shiny, polish regularly with a soft silver jewellery cloth
* Please store your piece well, preferably in its box. This to prevent your jewellery from scratching
* Avoid contact with perfume (alcohol containing products)
* Please do not swim, take shower, bathe or sauna in your jewelry
* It's best not to wear jewelry while sleeping

It is normal that silver darken over the time from exposure to oxygen, water and oils in the skin.

Eventually, over time dents and scratches will slide into the surface and colours will slightly change. These are not considered a defect, but just a sign of normal wear and tear.
Some stones has reaction on water and soap, so do not clean jewelry with stones at all.
